Michigan Public Act 516
Michigan public act 516, passed in December 2014 and signed by Gov. Rick Snyder on January 10, 2015, mandates food allergy training for at least one restaurant manager. This public act also mandates that state restaurants post a food allergy notice to staff in the non-public part of the restaurant. State restaurants have two years to implement this legislative mandate.
